WSO has special agreements in place with certain societies. The members of the European Stroke Organization (ESO) or the Stroke Society of Australasia (SSA) benefit from an even further reduced WSO fee as part of their national society registration. They must register via their society website.
You may cancel your membership in WSO at any time by non-renewal or by contacting us at the WSO postal address or at email@example.com. Requests for refunds of membership fees will not be granted unless such requests are received by WSO Membership within ten (10) days of the date the membership fees were paid.
Refund requests must be made in writing by the payer, and will be accepted via e-mail, sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests must be received by the stated cancellation deadline, namely within ten (10) days of the date the membership fees were paid.
In case of credit card payment - refund requests must include the following information:
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
In case of wire transfer payment - refund requests must include the following information:
- Bank transfer charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
After cancellation, the member will no longer receive any related WSO membership benefits.
